Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The knife must be unused.
  • The knife must be returned in its original condition.
  • All original packaging must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of use, sharpening, modification, or damage.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping service.

The customer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely delivered back to us.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will include:

  • The purchase price of the item.
  • The original standard shipping charge paid at checkout (where applicable).

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of inspection.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect.
  • Products modified, sharpened, altered, or repaired by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior contact and approval.
  • Reasonable wear and tear or patina on the blade and handle. 

International Returns

International customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are clearly marked as:

"Returned Goods"

This will help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect return declarations may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
